James "Butch" Dwyer
Butch is a lifetime resident of the area and a 2010 graduate of New Ulm High School. His insurance career began in 2022 after earning his Property and Casualty licenses, followed by his Life and Health licenses in 2023. Butch enjoys hunting, fishing, following local football teams, and being with family and friends- especially his nieces and nephews.
Wendy Hennager

Wendy prides herself in building relationships and bringing peace of mind to her clients.
Mark Skarphol
Mark was born and raised outside of Madelia and graduated from high school there. With 24 years of insurance experience plus 14 years in finance, Mark is a valuable asset to the team. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Madelia Lake Crystal Mutual Insurance Company. He also spent 22 years as a member of the La Salle Fire Department. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
Dina Voit
Originally from Alexandria, Dina moved to Lake Crystal in 2003, by way of St Paul where she earned a graduate degree in business/marketing at the University of St. Thomas. Dina has been helping customers find the best coverage since 2017. It is her goal to help clients understand what insurance policies make sense for them so that she can provide them with proper coverage.
